3. Account Security. You bear full responsibility for diligently maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately, without delay, of any unauthorized use of your account or any other suspected breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use. You agree not to use your account for any unlawful purpose whatsoever, including but certainly not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities of any kind. NorthBridge Credit Union reserves the unequivocal right to suspend or terminate any account involved in suspicious or prohibited activity.

5. Privacy. Your personal information will be carefully collected and processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering with us, you knowingly consent to the collection and use of your information exactly as described therein.

6. Electronic Communications. By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from NorthBridge Credit Union, including account statements, important notices, and occasional promotional messages regarding our products and services.

7. Limitation of Liability. NorthBridge Credit Union shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service.

8. Amendments. NorthBridge Credit Union reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time and at our sole discretion. Continued use of the service following any such changes shall constitute your full acceptance of the new, amended terms.

9. Governing Law. These terms shall be governed by, and construed strictly in accordance with, all applicable laws. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where applicable, the courts of the relevant governing jurisdiction.
